The Personal Template Graphic is the ultimate feature for brands and agencies. It allows you to create your custom backgrounds externally (using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and use Pinalofy strictly as an intelligent engine to inject SEO-optimized text.
Here is the complete workflow.
Step 1: Upload Your Backgrounds to the Cloud
First, design your Pin backgrounds in your preferred graphic software.
- The Golden Rule: Always leave blank spaces in the exact same positions for your text across all your variations.
- Upload: Export your images (JPG/PNG). In Pinalofy, go to the Assets section. Open Media Library > Templates (Cloud) and upload your custom backgrounds here. You can organize them into specific Albums.
Step 2: Set Up Your Blueprint (One-Time Setup)
Now you need to tell the AI where to write the text over your custom backgrounds.
- Go to Settings > Templates and select the Personal Template Graphic layout.
- In the right-hand menu, click the blue [+ VISUALS] button. Select one of your uploaded backgrounds from the "Templates (Cloud)" tab to use as a visual guide.
- Drag the text placeholders (Title, Subtitle, Label) exactly over the blank spaces you left in your design.
- Set your custom Fonts, Colors, and assign a Content Strategy (e.g., "Standard AI Generated" for the title).
- Save your layout. You only need to do this once!
Step 3: The Generation Phase (The Magic)
When you are ready to create new Pins from a URL:
- Paste your website URL and start the generator.
- In the Content Curator step, instead of selecting images extracted from the website, click on the "Imagekit Media Library" tab.
- Open your "Templates (Cloud)" folder (or your Album) and select the custom backgrounds you want to use for this session.
- Click "Next Step". In the Choose Layouts screen, ensure your Personal Template Graphic is marked as "ACTIVE".
- Generate!
Pinalofy will grab the specific backgrounds you selected from your cloud and apply your saved text blueprint over them. The AI will generate 100% unique SEO titles and descriptions, perfectly aligned with your custom Canva/Photoshop graphics.
